In late autumn of 2023, British Airways Holidays again turned to Office Changes as a trusted and reliable partner to manage their relocation to the prestigious top floor of The Create Building, where Crawley Borough Council shares its headquarters as the landlord.

In collaboration with Office Changes, we supplied a range of modern furniture that transformed their new workspace. Having coped with the limitations of an old and tired building for some time, it was crucially important to ensure the new British Airways Holidays facility was modern and sleek in design, set up for flexible working arrangements and encouraged collaboration between staff and teams. To achieve this, we provided a suite of contemporary furniture tailored for British Airways Holidays’ needs, including ergonomic seating, adaptable workstations, and collaborative zones that foster dynamic team interaction.

The new layout is a blend of style and functionality, offering spaces optimised for both individual focus and group collaboration, aligning perfectly with the company’s forward-thinking approach to workplace design.
